Raluca Radoi is the Managing Director of Queensly & Co Legal Advisory & Management, with over 13 years of legal, commercial and claims experience across the UAE and international markets.
Her background spans private practice, in-house legal roles and independent advisory work, giving her a perspective shaped by both sides of the table: the adviser's and the client's.
Her approach pairs legal analysis with a working understanding of the commercial, operational and financial realities behind each matter. The goal is never simply to flag risk. It is to find solutions that move the business forward.
Raluca holds an LLB in Law and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business & Tourism, together with a UAE-attested legal qualification, combining legal training with a commercial and business education.
